Residential
We provide structural engineering services including the evaluation and design of structural systems for single and multi family homes and condominiums.
Construction
Produce structural design and drawings for newly constructed residential dwellings. This can include the specification and structural design of beams, columns, joists, foundations, slabs, decks, and other structural components.
Renovation
Produce structural designs and drawings for renovations in existing residential dwellings. This can include the removal of bearing walls, specification of new framing, changes to the foundation, staircases, piles, and more.
Repair
Provide assessments and recommendations for the repair of structural damage to an existing residential dwelling. This can include damage from fire, water, bearing loads, and more.
Specialty
Fall arrest systems require periodic testing after installation. To ensure that safety and compliance does not become an issue, RMEI can test these systems and provide assurance to their safety or recommendation for their repair.
Testing
We have extensive experience with regulations, testing, and design requirements for tie-back anchors. Our scope of service includes the testing of pedestal, davit base, and wall anchors. This can also include the testing of HLL's and BME's.
Design
Provide structural design and drawings for tie-back anchors points. This includes but is not limited to: weld-on, adhesive, and through-bolt concrete anchors.
